We're talking, of course, about Swiss cheese manicures, which have been popping up in sizable numbers on Instagram since Tastemade Japan posted a tutorial.

Unfortunately, the nail art is not made with real cheese. Instead, it's created by drilling through acrylic nails (to create those classic Swiss cheese holes) and layering them with yellow, orange and white polish.
